Hello I have somehow ended up with a cooler full of fresh red snapper and under to get rid of … Could I recommend good recipes you've tried really work? thanks

I've had both, but in the tilapia. There is no reason to believe that they work on the snapper or bass. Crispy roast 2 pounds white fish fillets of white fish ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon margarine, softened 3 tablespoons mayonnaise calorie reduction (light Miracle Whip) 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped 1 / 3 teaspoon salt Dash Tabasco Place fillets in a single layer on an oiled baking dish Combine remaining ingredients. Evenly distributed in fish. Broil fish 6 "from heat for about 10 minutes or until top is lightly browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to grill fish very close to heat or burn before the filling of the fish is done. Tilapia Lemon Parmesan • 2-1/2 lbs. Tilapia fillets • 2-4 teaspoons. butter or margarine, softened • 2 teaspoons. fresh lemon juice lemon sauce, Parmesan cheese • 1 cup mayonnaise • 2 tbl. fresh lemon juice • 1 / 2 cup grated Parmesan cheese dressing • 2 limes, chopped fresh parsley 1.Rinse tilapia fillets in cold water and drain well. 2.Top with butter or margarine and lemon juice. 3.Broil about 4 inches from heat source about 5 to 6 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork. 4.Top each part with 1-2 tbl. lemon sauce and parmesan grill 2-3 minutes or until sauce puffs and browns. 5.Place steaks on a serving dish, garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley. Servings: 6
