Does anyone have a good recipe for tilapia fish?
Easy and does not require too many ingredients. How long to cook on a grill George Foreman or baked. Please help.
Fish once a week at our house, tried a lot of recipes and the winner was (with my husband and 11 year old son) a very clear one: Tilapia is a white fish and fast cooks, cook dry. All I did what is soaked seasoned flour (salt, pepper) and fried in oil pan, over medium heat about 3 minutes per side. Always serve with lemon wedges. Simple, but gives the flavor of whole fish and then you can wonder be creative with the sides to your liking. We like a cold salad with kraut kraut fish wine (juice drained) red onion, cut into small cubes 2 carrots grated 1 Granny Smith apple, chopped olive oil, salt, pepper to taste chopped parsley, optional Combine all ingredients and refrigerate, makes a delicious salad to accompany true fish.
