help! how long to cook the salmon for me? quick answers appreciated =)?
Ok I have prepared a lovely salmon steak for my boyfriend. is my second attempt at cooking fish at a time (as they do not like personally) and I'm not sure how long it has to do and what temperature? here are details: – is a non-steak a steak it'll be covered with aluminum foil (it has garlic in olive oil and a little lemon juice as a marinade) – the size of my hand and the length wide – is about 2 to 2.5 thick fingers who has a hand-sized lady. Sorry, I have no idea of the measures in inches. Also to test its done, i stick a fork in and see if it flakes easily? Thankyous million to anyone who responds
NAH! You do not have to stick a fork in it!
It is more easier than that. When you put it to cook in the juice out of it will be clear and watery. When the salmon is the juices will become white, milk and a little to see solid.Just that and you know when you every time! It should take 10 minutes or so at 350 degrees. Yes, you will be able to see through the olive oil and lemon.Good luck!
