Preparing a Quick Grilled Salmon Surprise

Grilling is one perfect way to prepare salmon. This fish has relatively high good fat content which keeps it moist even when placed over coal for period of time. It has slimmer chance of drying up while being grilled. There are some things to remember if you want to come up with the best result.
The thickness of the fillet fish should be only around an inch thick. The skin can be removed depending on the seasoning that you would like to use. Salt and pepper should always be used. When marinating salmon fillets, see to it that you only let it sit for more or less ten minutes.
