Can you help with recipes for my PICKY toddler?

HI all :)
I have a VERY picky little boy.
His favorite foods are macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets, cheese pizza, peanut butter and jelly and fish sticks.
I am trying to incorporate fruits and veggies in his diet but he just wont eat them.

Now I am thinking of trying to puree fruits and veggies and add them into everyday recipes..if yo have any good recipes that you think would be helpful to me, please share :) I am desperate!

So far I have tried macaroni and cheese with pureed corn in it and he ate it! So please share your recipes if you have any.

Thanks all and happy new year!

with my nephew who is 4 this is what we do

He loves applesauce so what we do is puree peaches and mix them in with the applesauce.
( you can use just about any fruit to do this)

With the Veggies we puree them and mix into his mash potato’s then tell him they are monster mashed potatoes

Veggies he likes with mashed potatoes is

Cooked carrots
Peas
corn

We are trying soups for his lunches and so far

he loves veggie soup as long as you puree it (so he cant see the veggies) and then add crackers
