Fish Recipes Asian

Wanna Adopt a More Asian Diet. ASIANS suggestions please!!!! >.
I’ve noticed that many asian people, tend to be lean and healthy looking. Not fat/sick like the majority of North Americans. It’s not just the ones living in asian countries becuz the ones i see here are nice and slim too.
Yes, I know some of this is due to their awesome genes, BUT studies show our weight is made up 80% by what we eat. So diet makes a HUGE difference in one’s appearance. I just want to know what you asians eat for snack?
I’m trying to incorporate more asian foods in my diet. I have green tea about 3-4 times a day. I know some asian noodle recipes. I eat lots of vegetables, fish. but when i feel hungry between meals i dunno what to eat. So can you slim asians give me some healthy tips for snacks??
Thanks in advance.
D
alright heres my typical diet, that took me many excruciating years to get used to
- a bowl of rice (try to get legit, good, stuff)
-miso soup (get the paste, not some instant made bullshit they sell in american supermarkets)
-some fish is good. don’t ever use high cholesterol sauces with it
-definitely vegetables. (don’t ever eat salads with high cholesterol dressings, if possible avoid dressing)
-get some eggplant, if cooked good it’s pretty good tasting
-eggs are good too
-drink milk often, or better yet soy milk
My tip is to cut down on greasy foods, like fast food (like wendy’s, popeyes chicken, nathans hotdogs, taco bell) it’s alright every now and then but i’d avoid it completely, i know it’s irresistible but i’d quit while you’re at it. I would also avoid diner food, those milk shakes and greasy burgers are so bad for you. That type of food is only meant for every now and then because often it can be as bad as fast food.
It’s good to hear you drink green tea, it’s good for ya as you probably know. I’d also avoid drinking coke, or dr pepper or whatever soda you drink, because they’re slowly just destroying you’re bones and teeth.
alright so when it comes to snacking, i’d avoid foods like twinkies, devildogs, gushers, fruit by the foot. Sure you can have like one twinkie a day, but people often eat these greasy snacks in mass quantity, leading to a fat/sick looking american population
i hope that helps….
