Fish Cook Books
A very simple cook book?
I am looking for a very simple cook book, to cook stuff like fish cakes/beefburgers/organic burgers all simple things not anything too posh or for presentation, and being very detailed would be nice. I have never been very confident with cooking but I would like to learn slowly now. thanks if anyone can help
I would get ‘The Joy of Cooking”. It’s encyclopedic in content and simple in execution with excellent instructions.
