What kind of sushi do you recommend?

None of the above. Sushi was originally created as a method of preserving raw, gutted fish by mixing it with rice which would ferment and “preserve” the fish. Back then, the fermented rice would be discarded and only the fish would be eaten.
That was in 4,000 BC.
Now most people have refrigerators to preserve their food and ovens and stoves with which to prepare (COOK) it
In my opinion, anyone not living in abject poverty with no viable alternative who eats sushi is a poser trying to be cool. It’s one of the cheapest “foods” to make and idiot sushi eaters will spend $40 on a few piles or wraps of raw food that my dog won’t even eat.
There are plenty of ways to eat healthy without participating in rituals that are no linger relevant.
Civilized people with the ways and means eat food they like, not food that’s trendy and allegedly cool.
