Anyone have any Smoked Fish recipes to share?

My Father recently got a Smoker from a friend and I am trying to help him come across some recipes. Any help!! Thanks!!

I love smoking my own fish. My smoker instructions said to salt the fish fillets for about an hour before smoking then rinse off the excess salt before smoking. Put methylated spirits in the dish(es) provided and put a thin layer of sawdust (untreated) in the bottom of the smoker. Allow the metho to burn for 10 mins, then take the smoker off and let it sit for another 5 minutes for it to “smoke”. It is absolutely delicious. I also smoke chicken fillets and other meats. The fish should be individual portion sizes.
