Low Fat Chicken Recipe

Chicken is one of the favorite dishes from around the world. Chewing on the leg gives an immense pleasure to individual. However most chicken dishes are fattening and adds lots of calories. Let some of the dishes are less fattening:

1) salad with grilled chicken

A fillet of grilled chicken

Mandarin slice

A piece of lettuce

Cherry tomatoes

5 points Tomato Ketchup

½ cup ranch dressing low fat.

Grill the chicken and just put all the ingredients together.

2) chicken breaded, low fat recipes

Ingredients:

Two skinless chicken breasts

One egg white

Half cup milk

Garlic clove

Chopped onion and tomato

Half cup flour

And spices

Preparation:

  1. Beat egg whites and milk mix. Add garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
    2. Place chicken in this mixture of milk and let stand 1 hour at
    refrigerator.
    3. In food processor, process corn flakes, along with herbs, paprika, salt
    and pepper. Stir in flour.
    4. Remove breasts from milk and mixed layer of corn flakes.
    5. Place in a baking dish and bake 40 minutes at 350 d. oven.

3) Recipe low fat chicken breast

Ingredients:

Four boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups plums

½ cup brown sugar

2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tsp. cornstarch

1 tsp. ginger

2 tablespoons tomato sauce

1 tbsp. plum jelly

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. black pepper

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400. The chicken should marinate for a day. If using fresh plums, you will need the boxes removed before use. You can use fresh or frozen varieties of this fruit, if desired. In a medium bowl, combine plums, plum jelly, cornstarch, and tomato sauce .. Now gradually add brown sugar while stirring. Then add tamarind juice and ginger. Continue mixing. Finally, add garlic and onion, and black pepper. Once this plum glaze is well mixed, is ready for use.

Place chicken breasts, one by one in bowl and cover each with the plum glaze. No this for each chicken breast. Then put the chicken breasts in a baking dish. You can add a spoonful of plum enamel on each chicken breast before putting them in the oven if desired. Bake this dish at 375 for 25-30 minutes.

Remove pan from oven. Top each piece of chicken with parsley before serving
