Good Fish Recipes

Anyone have a good fish recipe?
I want to start eating more fish and I need some good fish recipes. I'm probably going to use fish most commonly found in the wal mart grocery section, any idea recipe?
Seafood Soup – INGREDIENTS 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 onion large chopped 1 / 4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup 1 (10.75 ounces) cream of potato soup 1 1 / 2 (10.75 ounce) cans milk 1 / 4 teaspoon dill, crushed 1 / 2 pound medium shrimp, fresh frozen or thawed, peeled and deveined 1 / 2 pound fillet fresh or thawed frozen firm white fish, cut into 1 inch pieces * chopped fresh parsley Heat oil in a pan INSTRUCTIONS. Add onion and garlic powder and cook until tender. Add soups, milk and dill. Bring to boil. Add the shrimp and fish. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Garnish with parsley. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Maple Salmon – INGREDIENTS 1 / 4 cup maple syrup 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 1 / 4 teaspoon garlic salt 1 / 8 teaspoon black pepper 1 pound salmon DIRECTIONS In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic salt, garlic and pepper. Place the salmon in a shallow glass baking dish and top with maple syrup mixture. Cover dish and marinate salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning once. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake salmon uncovered 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Coating crunch – INGREDIENTS 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard 3 tablespoons butter, melted 5 tablespoons of honey, grated 1 / 2 cup fresh bread 1 / 2 cup chopped nuts 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley 6 (4 ounce) salmon fillets salt and pepper to taste 6 lemon wedges Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a small bowl, mix mustard, butter and honey. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, walnuts and parsley. Season each salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Place in a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with honey mustard mixture. Cover the top of each fillet with crumb mixture of bread. Bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until salmon just flakes when tested with a fork. Serve garnished with lemon wedges. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Tilapia Scampi – INGREDIENTS 3 / 4 cup butter 1 1 / 2 teaspoons lemon juice 8 cloves garlic, halved 4 (6 ounce) tilapia fillets, rinsed and dried 1 tablespoon dried parsley Instructions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), prepare a baking dish with cooking spray. Combine butter, lemon juice and garlic in a microwave container and heat in the microwave in 10 second increments until the butter is completely melted and the garlic has softened, she powers through each session, about 1 minute total. Arrange the tilapia on the bottom of baking dish, pour butter mixture over the fillets to ensure they are evenly coated. Sprinkle parsley over the tilapia. Cooking in the preheated oven, turning the steaks every 10 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork, about 40 minutes total. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^ ^ ^ Grilled Tilapia Parmesan – INGREDIENTS 1 / 2 cup Parmesan cheese butter 1 / 4 cup softened 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 / 4 teaspoon dried basil 1 / 4 teaspoon black pepper 1.8 teaspoon onion powder 1 / 8 teaspoon celery salt 2 pounds tilapia fillets DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven grilling. Grease a broiling pan or line with foil. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise and juice lemon. Season with dried basil, pepper, onion powder and celery salt. Mix well and set aside. Place fillets in a single layer in prepared pan. Broil a few inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes. Turn fillets over and broil a couple of minutes. Remove steaks from oven and top with Parmesan cheese mixture on the superior. Broil for 2 minutes or until filling is browned and fish flakes easily with fork. Be careful not to cook fish.
