I have half kilo (500 grams) of fish fillet Granidier blue. I have three people to feed, and is a terrible summers hot day. Id appreciate any I could give you like they are for the summer? Preferably with some tomato and cheese. If not, anythings good curry haha different parish. Thanks.

Ingredients: 1 pound skinless blue grenadier fillets 1 pound sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked salt 2 egg yolks 6 scallions, 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro, chopped 1 green pepper, seeds and finely chopped freshly seasoned flour black pepper 2 slightly beaten egg whites with 1 whole egg 8 oz dry grated 1-2 tablespoons Cajun spice to taste oil for frying Preparation and cooking instructions: blue grenadier Microwave full power for four minutes or baking paper in a moderately hot oven (about 400 ° F) for 20 minutes. Cool, drain and flake. Mashed sweet potatoes and add blue grenadier, egg yolk, onion, cilantro and chili. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper. – How about bite-sized cakes in the mixture is fairly smooth and holds together well. first dip in seasoned flour, then in egg mixture and finally in bread crumbs mixed with Cajun spices. Fry in batches in hot oil until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towels and keep warm. Serve with a spicy Mexican tomato sauce. This will serve 4 people
