Help! paddle hard. Any recipes?

I have another friend, and she does not eat anything that I know how. She does not eat fish, meat, mushrooms, cheese, tofu or olives. To make matters worse, she is not in the food from India or Thailand (which are exactly the recipes that call when I have to make a meal vegetarian). Any ideas?
