LOL, I was asking if anyone had any favorite recipes for cooking baking grilling cat fish after it was skinne
YOU PEOPLE HAVE A SICK MIND TO THINK THAT ANYONE WOULD WANT TO KILL AND COOK A KITTY CAT. MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE, LOL I have 2 cats, both of them have been fixed to prevent them from ever having off springs and they have all their shots. One is a beautiful black female, her name is “ISIS” and the other is a yellow male, he weights approximately 13 lbs, huge cat.
If you seriously are lookin for a good catfish recipe Here’s the one I like.
Take the filet and place it on a cookie sheet cooling rack and then place a cookie sheet pan under it. To catch the drippings.
Put under the broiler for 10 min.
Take out of oven. Place filet broiled side down on clean cookie sheet pan and add
1/2cup of champagne or dry white wine 1 Tbs of butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake 10 min @350.
