Easy Baked Fish Recipes

Preheat oven to 500. Place cookie sheet in oven to preheat as well. Marinate the steaks in a Ziploc bag for 15 minutes: 4 fillets of fresh fish cut into strips 1 / 4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix flour 1 / 4 cup, 1 / 3 cup cornmeal, 1 teaspoon chipotle spice – if available, or you can substitute chile powder and 1 teaspoon kosher salt. Pat the fish dry, then coat with flour mixture. Place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed HOT with cooking spray and bake until cooked about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve warm flour tortillas with shredded cabbage, your favorite salsa, guacamole, salsa and Baja Fresh Cream. Baja Sauce Ingredients: Mayonnaise 12 oz 12 oz sour cream 1 1 / 2 cups cilantro leaves 6 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped (remember to wear disposable latex gloves) 3 avocados, seeded and flesh extracted 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice Instructions: In a food processor, combine the cilantro and jalapenos Add remaining ingredients and mix Keep refrigerated to serve
