BBQ marinade for basa fillet?
So tomorrow is my grandmas birthday and we are having a BBQ, she doesn’t eat meat only fish, does anyone know a good marinade recipe for a fresh basa fillet?
you don’t generally want to marinade fish, as it can cook from the acids and you will lose a lot of the texture and fish flavors
if anything, just a little olive oil and some powdered garlic is all i would recommend
